My husband was assigned this attorney through the public defenders office for a cps case. He wasn’t involved in the case but needed representation because his son was. He couldn’t get in contact with this attorney. On one of the court dates he was told he didn’t have to attend court that date. He was later made aware that the judge was looking for him. Also that it didn’t look good on his part. This attorney has not been helpful in any way.

Lady that runs the library pretty much always grumpy and generally unfriendly BUT it’s run efficiently, stays clean, rest of the staff is pretty helpful and knowledgeable on where to point you. They are not lawyers and can NOT give legal advise. Dealing with general public can be a handful, especially people constantly on their phones and being loud- it is a library people! Great resources with blank forms for pro se, law books and computer research on Westlaw one hour per day. ALWAYS bring cash for copies, yes they have copy machine. And please be nice to them and stay off your phone while in there. 😀

Benny Powell what can i say ...i dound this lawyer on craigslist ..was not expecting much but WOW! Talk about getting a divoece attorney that works on a payment plan. Just went to my divorce hearing today. And was feeling really low about what may happen. Mr. Powell like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat came through for me.... Not only did I get what I was originally asking for but...he truly went above and beyond to represent me. Thank you Mr. Powell .. I am writring this review because I work in customer service ,and everyone is quock to slam someone for something they do wrong ...I just want to give props where they are due.
