Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case.
