Dan and his team handled my case in a professional manner. They always explained my options to me and informed me of the choices and the consequences of each. They worked hard to get my case dismissed and were successful.

Without Mr. Morris in my corner I might have given up, but my case was worth pursuing right to the end.

My case was very troublesome and time consuming and caused many lawyers to refuse me, but Mr. Morris stuck by me and my children and explained everything I needed to do and know. The assistants were all very helpful as well. Great choice out of law firms.

In May of 2015 I picked up this attorney for my workers comp case. After they did a quick review they stated that I had yet to be accepted by my insurance company, which later turned out to be false. My claim had been accepted from the beginning and this attorney was using this as an opportunity to give me the impression they were actually doing something for me. There were no hearings or anything legal for them to do. Even when I had my MMI review they had nothing to offer or present. After 3 months the attorneys assistant Casandra still didn't even have my medical records or reviewed them. I decided to fire this attorney and started to review their bills and noticed they placed 6 charges for phone conferences that never took place! I would not recommend hiring this attorney for any case. He is more interested in filling his pockets than helping his clients. I did all the work myself and he tried to charge me over a grand for it.

My workers comp case started in July 2012 it is now March 2015 NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! I can't even get this joker on the phone... The women that work for Mr. Morris opperate in a run down shack off the side of the road and have no legal credentials at all. They are the ones handling your case not the attorney- I have asked several times to schedule a meeting or a phone call only to get the same lame excuse from these women running his office "he's at a hearing". The only hearing I had scheduled to get anywhere in my case was rescheduled because he would be at his parents anniversary party. That hearing (7 months later) has not been rescheduled not to mention in that time I have not received a phone call or letter about anything pertaining to my case. He picked the doctor for me to go to where I've been passed on to other doctors to be a guinea pig. Shots and tests and false diagnoses that lead to him not doing anything.

Mr. Morris and his firm handled an auto accident I was involved in. They explained step by step how things wwere going to proceed and what I could expect. Mr. Morris and/or his staff kept me informed and explained the actions of the Insurance company as the case moved through getting the claim etablish, getting a rental vehicle, and working with the physician I chose to do my treatment and after all treatment was finished andd my car was repaired by the body shop I chose they continnued to negotiate with the insurance company to get me a settlement that allowed for all medical bills to be paid and getting money to compenssate me for the pain & suffering I endured as a result of the negligence of the driver that struck me. I wouls recommend Mr, Morris and his firm to anyon looking for a good honest attorney to help them if they are involved in a motor vehicle acident. A Satisfied Client
