“It's been almost 5 years and our case has still not been settled. You can never talk to anyone but the receptionist, and when finally get to talk to a Paralegal or assistant, they can't or won't give you any info, only a promise to call you back, which you never receive.”

“The staff have been a nightmare to work with. The young lady at the front desk answers the phone in a way that says 'I hate my job, and you, so much I'm trying to make a statement about it!' Getting your phone call returned is highly unlikely unless you harass the case worker.”
