No I am still waiting on my check and the person that hit me was in the wrong and they’re only trying to settle me out $3000 but they’re getting $25,000 out of a $28,000 settlement not only that every time I call somebody at the fromt desk is catching an attitude and my lawyer had the nerve to be unprofessional and continuously call me BRO like who does that I think I might have to go to the news for this one my case been going on for 3yrs and after all this time now I only not get my money yet but I had to settle out for $3000 this is not fair and I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone and y would I say my name so y’all can prolong even more just know i will be going to the media with this one

The absolute worst experience. Referred by another law firm, Kristina accepted my case for personal injury due to a very negligent 18 wheeler. For 4 months, Kristina refused my phone calls, never responded to emails, and demonstrated highly unprofessional, unethical, and unconscionable dishonesty. For example, when I sent an email stating my intention to revoke the contract, due to complicit disregard for my case, her paralegal sent an email saying Kristina was finally filing my case. IT NEVER HAPPENED. How could she? She’d never spoken to me! It was a blatant lie which prolonged my case as well as my severe pain and suffering. Kristina breached the contract almost immediately; her paralegal illegally obtained my VA medical records and then refused to return them to me. If you’re seeking competent, honest, professional representation, Kristina Kastl has proven to be a complete failure. I have emails to substantiate what I’ve written in this review. My opinion is clearly freedom of speech and is directly correlated to my nightmare of experience. Feel free to contact me for proof substantiating my statements

I met Mark Clasby and immediately he had the confidence I needed to see to take my heavy loaded complicated case. I've worked with a few lawyers in my lifetime but Mark is by far the best & EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. He is extremely smart & knowledgeable. He helped me win the 1st part of my case and of course I am coming back for the 2nd half for him to hit yet again another home run. As many questions as I had he never once had an issue answering all 8 million of them. With me having a brain injury he would break things down for me to have a better understanding. I highly recommend Mark to absolutely anyone. He is the guy for the job and WILL get it done.

I was disappointed in the service I was provided. The law firm that represents my case hired Kris Hayes as a amicus in a custody issue for my kids. She failed to fully investigate the situation and have an incomplete report. Then afterwards my lawyer has been trying to contact her for over 3 weeks and has gotten no response! Now I’m gonna be out more money that I don’t really have to hire another mediator!

I had to put one star to write a review. These people are the dumbest box of rocks I think I have ever encountered. Do not hire this attorney and her band of misfits. Do a public records search before you hire any attorney. It took me 7 months to get her or anyone on her staff to make a phone call on my behalf. Hire someone else.

Terrible and mediocre service.

During this process everything was wonderful with Kastle Lw. Vanessa always very helpful with my case and being open with communication. Would highly recommend this group!!

Jodi has been amazing to work with the last 4 years. She is honest in her assessments of your case but still compassionate to your needs.
