I am very grateful with the Law Office of Lira Bravo. Specially Monica, Jenna and my amazing legal assistant Paula. Since my initial consultation all my questions were answered by the attorney and by my legal assistant. Monica truly cares for immigration law and that was evident through the process of my case. Since the day my husband and I opened for the first step a little over 2 years ago, Paula had answers to every single question. She made my husband and I feel comfortable, safe and confident to proceed with this lengthy and scary process. Every new step we took was scary, yet Paula was always a phone call or email away to ease any fears and answer any questions. I was able to adjust in the U.S. even though the original route was for me to leave to Ciudad Juarez and adjust there. With Paula and Monica’s’ guidance and expertise, I was able to find a loop hole and adjust in the U.S. without leaving to Juarez. Jenna was amazing, I was well prepared for my interview. Jenna made sure to walk me through the interview process during our prep from the point I parked to every possible question during my interview. Thanks to such an amazing team that worked diligently in my case, I am now a Legal Permanent Resident. I appreciate everyone in the law firm that helped the process run smooth. There was never a moment when I did not get a response from someone at the firm whether it was to take a message or to schedule an appointment. Paula worked very closely with me and my difficult schedule. She always worked with me closely and was aware of any steps we needed to take or any deadlines we needed to meet. After 17 years, I am able to say that I am a Legal Permanent Resident. Again, thank you Paula and the Lira Bravo team!
