Mr. Clancy is the best lawyer for me and my case. His experience and professionalism is unmatched. He fought for my case and helped me achieved the best outcome possible. He was almost 24/7 accessible throughout the process to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need for a Criminal Lawyer. A good lawyer, and most importantly, a good human being.

I agree with Koehler Group Realty. Worked with Richard since 2017 when he filed my patent application. It’s 2023, no patent, a bunch of filing fees and rejections from the examiner. Spoke with a former attorney from this law firm and that person spoke about the lack of integrity in filing patents but they always get their invoices sent out in a timely manner. None of their 5 star reviews say anything about receiving a patent. Don’t use this firm for your patent. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I know Jay Ethington in a working capacity, as a fellow attorney. In my opinion, Jay is one of the most brilliant attorneys in the country. His experience, diligence, and dedication is second to none. His understanding of the Federal process and every nuance that comes along with it is inspiring. Tim Clancy is a wonderful person and attorney. He was referred to be my a very good friend in Texas to help with a sticky situation my son got into.
