Clint Broden was recommended by a family friend who practices patent law. Our family member was charged in Washington DC which required a criminal lawyer who could try a federal case. Clint filed motions for dismissal and was successful in having two charges dismissed before trial. One of them carried a 20-year maximum sentence. Our relationship with Clint and his law firm has lasted almost 4 years on this same case. He has promptly answered emails, text messages, and phone calls. We have had face to face meetings in his office when appropriate. His office staff has been professional and helpful. This case was complicated and historically unprecedented. Being accused of a crime that I didn’t chit was one of the worst things to ever happen to me . Once accused of something you literally have to prove yourself innocent . Without a good layer like Mr Mickelsen I would probably be on some type of probation. Mr Mickelsen got my charges dismissed. I feel so vindicated. I can’t describe how happy I am with the outcome.
