I was arrested for a DUI three years ago in Dallas County. I'm a lawyer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and so I was obviously concerned about the consequences. I immediately called a friend who was also an attorney in town and he suggested that I contact Buck. I did and the rest is history. Buck is extremely responsive and resolved my case successfully. He is worth every penny.

Buck was an excellent attorney in the handling of my case. I was originally charged with a DWI. Once I retained his services and he was able to gain access to the information and discovery, he acted quickly using his experience to get the charges reduced to obstruction of a passageway. A much much less serious charge. He was able to work a plea deal to where I would plead guilty to these minimal charges and only be responsible for fines, community service, counseling etc. I was more than willing to accept those reduced consequences in order to avoid the DWI conviction and all that comes with it. After months and months, which eventually turned into over 2 years of the DA never officially filing the paperwork for the obstruction, the court date came to plead guilty and accept the obstruction charge with fines, community service, counseling, etc. I arrived at the courthouse and was greeted by Buck where I waited just a short time outside of the courtroom while he went in to discuss the guilty plea with the DA. He then came out and informed me that because of the time that had went by since the original charges were filed, the DA was willing to waive all of the fines, community service, counseling, etc. giving me time served. It was by far the best result I could have possibly asked for! All I was asked to do was plea guilty in front of the judge, pay $77 in court fees, and sign some paperwork! I could not have been more pleased with this eventual outcome. The case was completely resolved at that point and I was able to leave the courthouse that day and move on with my life and no longer have to think about the case. Buck's office assistant was also great in notifying me as the months and years went by that the DA still had not filed and the appropriate paperwork. Buck himself was extremely easy to work with, explaining everything as the case went along so I understood what was happening. I would recommend Buck 10 out of 10 times to anyone charges with DWI or DUI.

I started the search for a DWI lawyer and scheduled multiple visits to different offices, Buck Johnson was the first lawyer I visited with that day, and after visiting with 3 others he's the one I chose. Buck immediately made me feel comfortable with an uncomfortable situation. He explained to me how we could beat the case, gave me realistic outcomes and reasons why he believed we had a chance to win or get an Obstruction. Buck is a straight shooter, he does exactly what he tells you he's going to do and gets the job done no matter how long it takes. Few years later he was able to get me an obstruction in my case, exactly how he said he would. At one point I still felt comfortable that if my case went to trial, we would beat it. He has plenty of experience in the Dallas courts, and I know that helped greatly, couldn't have made a better choice.

George is the best out there. His turn around time and reliability are on point. He did not back down in a difficult situation and worked diligently to help my father...which he did. My father's probation was to be extended 6 months and George prevented that from happening. We are very grateful and highly recommend George for your legal services.

If you are looking for the best DWI defense attorney in Dallas, look no farther! My daughter blew a high number and Buck was able to get her a deal where she had NO DWI on her record.
