Karen was an absolute professional on all fronts, was exceptional in the time she spent, how quickly she responded and the guidance she provided.

I went to Karen because I had a very difficult situation with a superior at work. I was at the point where I thought the only solution was to leave the company. I spent an hour consulting with Karen. She listened very carefully to my explanation of the situation. She gave me advice that I would not have considered on my own. Her understanding of Texas employment law and how it applied to my situation led her to conclude I should consider an approach that would have never occurred to me on my own. I followed Karen’s advice and the end result was more positive than I thought possible. The situation improved considerably at work for me and all the people that reported to my boss.
