I want to acknowledge what a pleasure it has been working with Veronica Flores. Veronica has a broad knowledge of her area of expertise and has made, what is a trying experience for me, very tolerable. I must add her responsiveness to either my calls or emails is first rate. She has guided me to and through the medical professionals necessary for me to get the care needed. After the accident I was involved in, the pain I was experiencing was excruciating…she immediately, directed me to the appropriate doctors to first alleviate the pain and now we are working on a longer-term solution. …She has set the pace.

I was injured as a passenger in a auto accident, the team at Jim Adler & Associates, managed to get me back up and running, even as I had to do so, living in another that state. As my Closing approached, Carol provided clear messaging, always kept me up to date on process, status, and expectations, Thank you again.

I was in an accident that involved me being struck and dragged almost a mile by an 18-wheeler and hit multiple times by him. They tried to get me to settle for $14,000. Do not go with them! They are like the big box stores that have so much product they could sell it for cheap. They have so many clients that they could settle your case for less than the amount it’s worth because they are getting money from so many cases. Choose a smaller law firm that doesn’t have to advertise on the radio for business. They don’t answer your calls or questions, and don’t even think they’ll fight for your ptsd, emotional or mental injuries. They left my hospital bill unpaid, which that was an amount that was supposed to be included in the settlement but was not because of their incompetence. Now I’m left to pay over $1300 out of pocket for their negligence. They’ll keep in contact with you in the beginning, but once you sign the contract all communication is dropped. Some people may give them high ratings but that’s because they don’t know their worth and are happy with chump change.

Excellent service. If I had any questions, I was always able to get an answer. When Covid-19 came into play, the communication still was readily available through email/text. During the closing of my case, Carol Barrera was extremely responsive. She reached out by phone, email and text. Emails were very detailed on the steps necessary to close out the case. Definitely happy that I went with Jim Adler!!
