Thank you Jim Alder's Dallas office and Kathleen Hernandez the insurance company took responsibility the the accident But the works not over ! The insurance company wants to take my car Thats not happening !!! Its my only transportation Guess we have to go to court I want to have the trail in houston so i can meet Mr Adler tellbhim to bring the hammer ! I will bring a chainsaw if needed !!! John Parker

My case worker was Kathleen Hernandez, and I can’t not say enough about the team that helped me through the process especially her. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very prompt to respond in every aspect of my sometimes endless needs and questions. Always very professional while dealing with the ins and outs of my case. This is my first time being in a serious accident so I had so many questions along the way, and every time Kathleen and the team at Jim Adler were right there to guide me through this process. They made what has been a very unfortunate event for myself and my career into an experience that became less stressful than I originally anticipated. My journey is still not over but I’m not sure I could have made it this far without losing my mind, if not for their diligence and guidance. My brother and I were involved in a bad accident involved with an 18 wheeler and we did not know what to do or who to contact. We reached out to Jim Adler and my case worker name is Ms. Veronica Flores. When I say AMAZING! She is AMAZING! This is my FIRST time dealing with this and Ms. Flores led me through the whole thing.
