I have used Jim Adler's office in Dallas many years ago. It was my first experience dealing with an attorney's office. I was treated with such respect and kindness! I vowed if I ever needed help again, I would use them. A couple years ago I was involved in another accident. I was riding in a van provided by a hospital. Our driver was horrible, and myself and other patients had complained to those in charge. Nothing was done. Our driver hit another car and I was injured. The hospital basically brushed it off. So I contacted Jim Adler's office in Dallas again. They were appalled by how the hospital responded! I was reassured that they would help me. My casemanager Angie Tejedo was fantastic! The hospital dragged the lawsuit out for a couple years. Every step of the way, my case manager and attorney stayed in touch with me and remained vigilant on fighting for my rights. The level of professionalism, kindness and caring just blew me away. Maria Garcia, caseworker also worked super hard and was great! My attorney Frank Robertson was awesome!!! We have just recently finalized my case. I couldn't be happier by not only the outcome but the way Jim Adler's office took care of me. I pray I'm not involved in any more accidents, but if I am I will call my wonderful team at Jim Adler's again! Thank you so much for fighting for my rights and caring for me as a person!! Super professional and very easy to work with. My attorney Mr. Fitzpatrick and closing coordinator Dora Mendiola were very helpful even during the pandemic. If it weren't for Jim Adler & Associates I would have received nothing from the insurance company, I made the call and they took care of everything! The check arrived today. Thank you!

Kathleen Hernandez is my Case Manager! This lady knows the business. She has kept me informed all the way. I wouldn’t want anyone else on my case.
