Kathleen case manager was great walking me through the process !!

My case manager was Cassie villareal was very unprofessional and Yolanda was suppose to refer me DONT tell me y’all are going to call me and don’t this case is about 2 months old and nobody has called me , I would not recommend community is horrible

Veronica Flores was amazing and answered every question I had. She kept me posted on my case. I highly recommend her and the Firm.

I can honestly say from start to finish My experience with Jim Adler & Associates was wonderful. Those who say dealing with an attorney is like pulling your hair or teeth out, have clearly never deal with Jim Adler & Associates. Natalie especially was wonderful! :)

I was in an accident one morning after leaving work to get breakfast for my co-workers. A truck ran the light and totaled my car. I was devastated mentally and physically. I sustained severe knee damage in the accident and needed therapy. After the initiation of my case, my coordinator was Esmeralda Gavilanes. She effectively communicated with me the during the entire process until closing. Even during the times of the Covid-19 pandemic, while working from home, she ensured me that my case was being handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. Im glad that I choose Jim Alder and associates to handle my case. I pray to the Lord that I don’t get into another accident, but if I do - Im calling Jim Alder. Thanks Esmeralda!

Ask for Carol Barrera if possible, she is professional, detailed and responsible. She was completely on top of everything, there was no need for me to be calling her constantly and she was always available when I had a question or doubt. I honestly think had she not been in charge of my case I would not have had a happy outcome. The first case manager had to go back and forth with my lawyer since there was alot she did not know. Carol is extremely knowledgeable and managed to find a solution to everything that was thrown our way. If I could go back I would choose this firm again and ask for her from the very beginning!

I'd like to thank the Dallas office of Jim Adler & Associates for their representation after being involved in a car accident. They fought to get me every dime I deserved. Kathleen was excellent to work with. She checked on me regularly to see how I was progressing with my treatments and she informed me of the process to be followed and kept me apprised of the progress.
