I was involved in a Auto accident, i felt overwhelmed this the whole process of dealing with the other party insurances. I was hurt so i needed medical treatment and Jim Adler And my case manager Kathleen Hernandez helped me thru the entire process. Am glad i hire them to take over my cases.

The Adler team was helpful during the whole process and Armando Alvarado was very prompt in communicating during the closing phase.

I was involved in a car accident Friday while riding the city bus. I called Jim Adler's office right when the accident happened and gave them all my information and details of the accident. I was told that I would hear from a lawyer about my case and never did. I called them Monday to check and see why I haven't heard from anyone and they told me that they called me and left me a message saying they couldn't take my case and gave me a number to another lawyer. No one ever called me so that was a lie. The lady couldn't tell me why they couldn't take the case so now I'm sitting at home with my back aching because I afford a trip to the ER. Long story short if you're involved in a accident I would recommend calling another lawyer's office that won't waste your time and have you sitting in pain for a whole weekend just to throw you to another lawyer like your case doesn't matter or is not valid.
