There is no communication between the paralegals/lawyers and the customer. I have called numerous times and emailed even more and still have no information about my case. I even had to get paperwork, such as the police report for them because they apparently didn't know they could get a state certified copy from TXDOT.

The closer assigned to my case, Taylor G., was so sweet and helped me throughout the process. She responded to my questions promptly and respectfully! So glad I had someone as helpful as her assigned to closing my case :)

I had never gone through this type of motor accident totaling out my truck and causing unexpected stress in my life. After my accident Jim Adler & Associates were quick and courteous to take on my case. I received therapies after work seriously needed so I could continue to work. The Adler Legal team took extra care to get the best settlement and kept me updated along the way. You have to be very patient because not one detail can be left out so customer gets the best and highest settlement. Thanks to Jim and his hard working team I was able to get my payout from the insurance company at fault in less than a year from the accident.

Horrible service. It took 3 years to settle my case. Less then what my car is worth. The communication is horrible. They will not call and tell you what's going on. You will continue to call and leave messages with no return call. Decisions was made without my approval. I do not recommend. They will pass you around and they dont care how u feel nor what happen. When its clearly not your fault. Watch out for hidden fees. Choose someone else. They just care about what they can get from you not what happen to you. Only what they can get from you. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. WASTE OF TIME!

After going to the office in Dallas, I had a sit down talk with Ms Flores. Was relieved to hear of what options were still ahead of our case. After close to a year of anxiety, I left the office with confidence that this team of lawyers is working for the best outcome for us and achieve our final goal of being married, which was interrupted by this accident. Though the disability was inevitable outcome, our love never did.
