they are fast to get you to sign paperwork but never answer phone calls seems to me am doing their work been three weeks and still havent heard anything from no one felt the need to post this review to see if i can get them to call me....

My name is Diana Slusher and I would like to say how great Ms Michaelle Hernandez deal with me during the times we spoke about my case.She was very friendly and listen to all my cercerns.At time I got very frustrated with the wait and at times I found my self getting very angry and she would stay on the phone and explain every thing to me in a very nice and pleasant manne.Ms Michelle is a very great and I mean great person to have on my side.I will truly miss talking to her for all I don't no her I would recommend any of my friends or family member if they would to be in a accident to go to Jim Adler because I no they would have to cross Ms Michelle path to get to the top and she is great to deal with I will really and mean really miss talking with her she made me felt that I new her forever.Thumbs up to the excellent job she do I give her 100 .Thanks .

My accident was in April of this year, and if it hadn’t been for Abraham, Becky, and Mr. Kirkpatrick, I’d been up a creek! Never been in an accident before and was nervous and besides myself. Abraham was very patient with me. Assured me that it would all turn out good...and it did. Grateful for Becky V, for helping me to understand the process and working hard for me.
