Update: Esmeralda Gavilanes I am very satisfied with her services and was happy with the results of my case. Everyone was very helpful but especially Esmeralda that explained everything in detail. Thank you all for your services. If somebody ask me I would highly recommend. Maria Samaniego was very helpful with everything that she did for me. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered all the questions and concerns I had in depth. This is the first time I have had a case like this, I am so happy with the service I have received and will continue to receive as this case continues. Thank you so much for all the help!

Esmeralda Gavilanes was a huge blessing. She was patient and was really good about keeping up to date with my case. She was very helpful in making sure that I was taken care of and that I was having the best experience. We had a bad accident w/ injury in March 2017. We hired Jim Adler because of a work referral. Since this was our first auto accident that involved an attorney, we don't have a baseline to compare to. We had issues in the beginning with our first attorney leaving the firm and us not be notified months after the fact with emails going unreturned during that period. So that alone delayed our case. We also ran into a snag since the other party's insurance was Allstate. Apparently they don't play well with others and as a result we could not get much in a way of a settlement. After a year-and-a-half of going back and forth with insurance, attorneys, medical/ambulance bills, collections, etc, we finally got the case settled and all the collections / medical bills paid. It is unfortunate that the other party basically got away scot-free... Leaving the scene of an accident causing injury, lying about who was driving the vehicle, falsely claiming to have waited for the police but in fact left immediately. But as for the legal experience, they did what they could given the circumstances. Would recommend.

If you’re looking for engaged lawyers that is people that will take the time to work and communicate with you throughout the case. DO NOT HIRE THEM. My accident happened on August 2016. It took them two whole years to actually start working on my case. Not to mention that my case kept being transferred to a different lawyer every time I’d make a call to have some information and that there was zero communication! I have gone to a mediation on June 2018 and was granted a settlement. My lawyer told me that it’d take 4-6 weeks for them to contact me again so that I could sign more paperwork and receive my due. Yet, it has been 4 months and every time I call I get either sent to voicemail or told that they don’t know why it is taking this long. The lawyer always tells me that he’d have his “associate” give me a call to give me further explanation of the situation but in 4 months, I have NEVER received the said call. Please do not waste your time. They don’t want to help you they just want to add you to the list of clients.
