You would think they would send some kind of information in some manner. My accident was Dec 2017 I went to an ER and through their therapy. Still waiting on bills to come in. This has been going on since April. Every time I call, all I get is waiting on one last bill! My sister in law was looking for an attorney and asked who is yours because I don't want to use them. That is sad. The other party is 100 percent at fault and this should have been taken care of already. My car was totaled,their Dr said I needed an MRI but they refused it. And I have no income coming in and no car. And as stated by another, they do NOT allow loans against the settlement. So we are just out here hanging,trying to survive. Not a happy camper. UPDATE.. A few days after posting this they magically got the bill they were waiting on. But still nothing. Appears sometime next year I might know something. I would never again go with a large firm, I would try the smaller guys, perhaps they can handle the work load. I've lost my business (self employed) over this mess. But have definitely been taught a lesson. UPDATE Im still waiting. 4 weeks ago came to an agreement on settlement,no calls from attorney since.I just called again today and was told that I need to sign the release form. Ok why haven't you contacted me about it? So now that's getting mailed to me and then whatever else they are going to come up with. Hopefully sometime in the next month I'll get my money and can start rebuilding my life. If I'm ever in another accident (God forbid) I know who not to call.

Carol Barrera was very helpful and kind. Every thing was made easy and went quick. I got a good settlement and will definetely return here when or if needed.

Carol B, Made our experience much better after struggling and having a horrible experience with Jessica. Jessica nevera answered after making dozens of calls, and if she answered she replied aggresively. She did the same to our chiropractor. Carol on the other hand helped us and did the job more effiecently, i really recomend Carol B.
