My case lasted almost 9 months and it was hard for me to understand everything, since I’d never had an accident like this before! I’m really glad I chose Jim Adler. I’m very satisfied with how my case was handled and the outcome. But it was Carol Barrera, closing coordinator, that made my experience such an amazing one! She was very responsive and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain things to me, and made me always feel like I was a priority for her.

(SEE UPDATE BELOW) So far so excellent Celena Bruso and Esmeralda Galvinares at the Dallas office have been "johnny on the spot" with assisting me to this point. No trouble whatsoever taking my calls, getting back to me, and patiently answering any question that I put to them. Their service has given me complete confidence in letting "The Texas Hammer" take good care of me. UPDATE CASE SETTLED Many thanks to Becky Villarreal who handled my case!! Not only was this experience professional and painless with all the dressings from the first review, but to my astonishment Ms. Villarreal got me DOUBLE the amount she estimated I would be awarded. Pleased, surprised, there are too many words to describe here. The only thing that I could come up with to be disappointed about was my hope that one of the awesome looking CUSTOM - MADE "TEXAS HAMMER" SLEDGEHAMMERS Mr. Adler and his son wield in their a few of their TV commercials could be part of my settlement. Alas.. It was not to be. SUPER JOB JIM ADLER "THE TEXAS HAMMER " AND ASSOCIATES!!

My experience with Jim Adler has been a blessing. They were very fast with following my case and getting me set up for my physical therapy. even providing transportation I needed. I really appreciate my case worker Maria Samaniego, she kept me updated with every step and made sure all my question were answered. If anything ever happens unfortunate like my car wreck. Hired Jim Adler & Associates after a car accident in February 2018. My car was totaled & I was advised that my injuries may not manifest for 1-2 weeks. I’m glad that I contacted them. They got me connected with a doctor that took great care of me and rehabilated me for 3 months. Afterwards, Michele Hernandez, my contact at the attorney office, was able to negotiate with the insurance and settled my medical bills and helped me get a few bucks for my pocket. I could never have reached these levels without her expertise. I highly recommend Jim Adler & Associates and suggest requesting Michelle Hernandez for representing your case!

I got into a car accident back in May 2018 it’s now the end of October 2018 and I still have not received my settlement. They don’t even call through the prosses and give any updates, You literally have to be calling them or email them . Not to mention they don’t even respond to your emails in a timely manner. For the percentage they take away from your settlement, you would think they would be more considerate and give better service. I am very frustrated, because I really thought not only would Jim Adler give me what I deserved but he would get it fast and stay in contact with me. I broke my ankle and my car was a complete loss if it wasn’t for my husband I’d be living off the streets literally because they could care less that I don’t have a car to move around or could even walk at one point to get to work. If I would of known I would of went to a different attorney.

My services with Jim Allen & Associates was very pleasing. Esmeralda Gavilanes has been a jewel and has accomplished everything she said I'll to do and I am very satisfied with the services that she provided.
