I was intentionally hit by some idiot driving a truck, I hired this law firm to help me and they send me to a chiropractor which due to previous back surgery I cannot go to, they also state now that they are "releasing my case back to me" because I won't go to their doctor and the police report states that it was my fault... I told them what happened, I was trying to switch lanes and the trucker sped up and hit my truck. I get out of my truck I ask the guy why he did that and he states and I quote "I don't let anyone over" I tell the police this and good ol boy truck driver and good ol boy cop buddy buddy. The cop says oh he had a different story so im faulting you for the accident ... Ok of course he had a different story.. So instead of fighting for me like a lawyer is supposed to DROPPED LIKE A ROCK>>> JIM ADLER and "associate" they gave me SUCK!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER and if it's not big enough BYE BYE

Jim Aldler has the most beautiful, well mannered young lady by the name of Carol Barrera. She is the closing agent and is very knowledgeable in her craft. I believe she would be an excellent law attorney. I would suggest her to receive a recommendation letter for her to continue her education. Good job Carol Barrera working for Jim Aldler. Mrs. Roston

My case manager Kathy(K Hernandez) was extremely helpful during the initial stages of my recovery. She was quick to respond and guided me through the different steps. My case is still under review but I am extremely happy with her services so far.

They waited 2 days to call me back to tell me I was denied when I was told no longer than 1 hour. I was actually referred by an employee that swore I had a case so I canceled services with my other reference/attorney to be represented by Jim Adler. To explain in words what ones experience is at Jim Adler n associates. It can't be do. Because Vanessa, was the most skilled ,upfront, professional n refreshing, person I had meet. Hands down extraordinary! Secondly, I have to say that Kathleen, took over after Vanessa. She has shown great professionalism, social n openness in handling clients . Both individuals r super when it comes to handling clients or potential ones. It's has been difficult dealing with the issues. They made it understandable, easy n like family.
