I was in an automobile accident in July. I just had my last treatment today as a matter of fact. Mrs. Kathleen Hernandez is my case manager and she has been so great. She had contacted me to see how I was doing and how my therapy was going. She has kept me in the loop the whole time. I am thankful that I have her as my case manager, she has made this process very easy so far.

At first my case was thrown around to a few people and almost took 2 years to close but once Esmeralda Gavilanes got ahold of my case things went super fast! She called me with every step that happened and made sure I understood what was going on. She’s got great costumer service and people should feel lucky to have her handling their case!
