My case is still on going but I would like to say that Jim Adler and Associates have been very helpful to me so far as this is my first accident. A special thanks to Maria Samaniego, my case manager, she is a great asset to the law firm. I have spoke to her many times and she has always been very helpful, pleasant, and professional. If I called and she did not answer and I left a voice mail it was always returned in a timely manner. On a scale of 1 - 10 she deserves a 10. Keep up the good work Maria.

I am not happy with the lawyer that is "working" my case. Anytime I call, I get voicemail, and most times my calls are not returned. When they are returned, it is the same thing. "We are waiting to get all of your medical bills so that we can send the demand to the insurance." Well, this has been going on for 3 months. Even though they had me send in all the medical bills at the beginning, apparently that is not what they needed. I am confused as to who they work for, me or the doctor's offices. When I ask this question, I am told that she will gladly give me the number to the offices so that I CAN GET THE INFORMATION THEY NEED. I am not doing their job. I am unemployed, living with my brother and need this money. I even tried to get settlement funding, and they told me that they do not do that. Again, WHO DO YOU WORK FOR? So, in summary: I hired the atty, and from 2 weeks in, till now 3 months later, the only thing I hear is "We are waiting for medical bills." Obviously, there is something else taking up their time. My case certainly isn't. Oh, and now when I call apparently "my attorney" is on vacation for 2 weeks! Must be nice!
