I had a rocky start at first, I heard bad things about the firm, But they have been great, keeping me informed and taking care of me
first. Doctors, Then checking in to see How I was Doing.
I would recommend this firm to any body who has been in an Auto

Case was handled great! Very professional and to my satisfaction. Esmeralda Gavilanes is awesome, a definite asset to the firm! She explained everything in such detail there were no additional questions most of the time! Would definitely recommend and return should I need their services again.

My case is still on going but I would like to say that Jim Adler and associates has been helpful to me so far as my first time with an accident like this they have walked me threw it I would also like to say that Ms. Maria Samaniego my case manager has personally been a great help to me. This experience was awful. Every time I needed to speak to someone, I spoke to someone different. Like phases through out the whole process. Just received my settlement check and it was not what I discussed with my so called lawyer. Then this guy presenting the check says they didn't charge me the fee they should have, which supposedly saved me 7%. Oh really? Then how come I'm not walking away with what was discussed last time I was here? I'm just glad to be done with them and the insurance company. I will not use this law firm ever again nor will I refer anyone either
