Thanks for helping at such a stressfu time!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been trying to get ahold of Margarita since December, 2.5 month, and have not received a call back. The previous case manager I had was great, very responsive, kept me up to date and always returned my calls and emails. Unfortunately Margarita has now taken over my case and it’s a complete 180. I’ve asked to speak to someone but always end up being transferred back to her.

Updated June 2024: Changing to 4 stars. We Have a new case manager Ms Sol, she has been so much more informative and communicative and has been responding to all my calls and emails. We are nearing the 1year mark since our accident, hoping we are able to settle soon. February 2024: This is my desperate attempt to get an update on our case. It’s been 3 months without a word. Our Case Mananger Wilfredo Vasquez. He was very nice and communicative at first but now every time I call they just transfer me and my husband straight to their voicemails and NOT ONCE HAVE THEY RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. I understand these cases take time but I am so disappointed in the lack of communication.

These are the most Dishonest, Misleading & Lieing pieces of S's; once you call For "Free" Consultation & give them your Insurance Information, They put a lien on your Personal insurance settlement if the other person did not have Insurance That was at fault for the wreck. Then you do not even get the settlement from your own insurance coverage. It has been 6 years and we have not even gotten our settlement or medical bills paid All because we called for a free consultation. To find out The other person did not have insurance then This prevented our insurance From being able to pay our $90,000 & medical bills! Rightfully Ours! (It has essentially Ruined our lives!) Without going through them so they can get there 35% fee for doing absolutely nothing! When calling, you give them your name and information. They must look up, then you remain on hold forever and/or call disconnects. Sad thing is, these people are so rich & dishonest I know nothing can hurt them! Do not Use!
