I want to thank Gaby Alvarez and the team that worked on my case! I was kept updated in detail throughout the process. Thank you Gaby; although I know you have a heavy workload, for making feel as if I was the only case you had.

I am not going to lie at first I was frustrated with the lack of communication from the firm then my case manager changed a couple times, but I understood it was going to take some time to gather all needed information. Once Karina Ortiz started as my case manager I was able to get updates and understand what all was happening. Gaby Alvarez has also been an amazing help with closing helped me understand how everything was going to be paid out since this was the first time I go through something like this. Thank you girls for the help !

They don’t communicate with you at all! Whenever you leave a bad review they are quick to comment and apologize and tell you to call them, but they don’t answer!!!! No call back from the case manager or from supervisors! Smh

post on there information will fight for you they don’t they say they go after how is responsible they don’t i called to day to get help they didn’t even talk to me the attorneys are not good customer service! Had injury from a construction zone in ftworth that wasn’t marked properly and got injured they don’t care about you here.

I ACTUALLY HAVE A CASE GOING ON AS OF TODAY JANUARY 11,2024 …. I WAS REAR ENDED OCT 15, 2023 LONG STORY SHORT I’VE TRIED REACHING OUT TO A MANAGER. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH MY ATTORNEY (ELIZABETH) I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON WITH MY CASE… I DON’T GET ANY PHONE CALLS SAYING WELL THIS IS GOING ON OR THAT… I’M REALLY NOT SATISFIED AT ALL… I’M REALLY THINKING ABOUT WRITING A LETTER TO SWITCH MY ATTORNEY…. AND NOT TO MENTION I ASKED TO BE SENT BACK TO CHIROPRACTOR SHE SAYS IM GOING TO EMAIL THEM SO THEY WILL CALL YOU (NO RESPONSE) I’VE BEEN IN AND OUT THE HOSPITAL I’VE MISSED DAYS AT WORK CAUSE I HAVE 3 HERNIATED SPLIT DISK IN MY BACK 🤕 HOW CAN YOU HELP SOMEONE WITH POOR COMMUNICATION SKILL’S IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? WHO CAN I TALK WITH BESIDES MY ATTORNEY??? AT THIS POINT I FEEL LIKE IM THE ATTORNEY AND SHE’S THE CLIENT… I CALL MORE THAN SHE ATTEMPTS TO CALL ME ABOUT MY SITUATION… IT’S RIDICULOUS LIKE SHE DON’T CARE… 🤷🏾‍♀️
