Didnt always awnser, but did always call back. Always very polite and awnsered my questions. And of course most importantly got me the medical care i needed and paid in the end. Would work with them again. Also shout out to natalie hernandez she was fantastic!

My son and I got rear ended by a 16 year old, he didn’t do anything to help us; have a neck and back injury. If it’s a car accident don’t call them, they worry about truck accidents and they don’t care about car accidents.

Natalie Hernandez was my Closing Coordinator for my case, and she was Awesome! She is the only person that I dealt with in this 2 year and 4-month ordeal that actually treated me with respect. She was pleasant and actually asked me about myself. She returned my calls and my emails promptly and explained each step of the closing process to me. She is the only person to take the time to explain things to me as we went along! I can't say how much I appreciated someone to actually treat me like a real person! Thank you, Natalie Hernandez!!!
