Poor customer service. The phones most of the time they didn't work. The person who is handling my claim. She don't pick up the phone and she' never give me a call back when I leave a message. It's really hard for you to get an update in your case.

They hardly ever communicated. I had to do all the reaching out to get updates. Then I got an email from the other party's insurance company that I have been let go as a client by Adler. I was able to verbally confirm that, but I haven't gotten it in writing or any of my other case information/medical bills that I have asked for several times in the last couple months. They dropped the ball getting all the medical records in a reasonable amount of time. It took 8 months! I will NOT send anyone to them!

I would not recommend this firm.

After hitting a kid i believed was high, when he ran a stop sign, i was told to try Jim Adler. NEVER AGAIN! wasted over a year of my time. My case kept getting passed off until my 4th rep and I got dropped after we got an offer. Britney was the worst. she ignored my calls and emails (its not like i was being rude or a Karen. I was literally asking her how i go about seeing a chiropractor). I will never recommend Jim Adler. No help! Time wasting! Unresponsive! I was a young driver with a modified car. My first rep didn’t want to get the video footage from the galleria where it happened in plain view in front of one of the main entrances. He told me to try to get it. If i could give negative stars, I would.

Didn’t help me has he told me he was going to ,never answered when you call them to answer questions

Bad service they never answer my phone call ..the only time they answer was the day they made me sing to get may case that's sucks
