Awesome and always call back

Ramona Flores has great communication and is extremely polite when it comes to reaching out. I appreciate Mr.Adler & associates so much for the hard work and dedication they all have put in my case. Thank you so much for the patience you all have for me and my family. Would definitely recommend to all family and friends and even people I don't know because the work you guys do is extraordinary.

I would not recommend these services to anyone. They processed two claims of mine only because they happened so close together and both experiences were terrible. Here's a few reasons why: communication was slow and nearly non-existent, my rep tried to swindle me but accidentally called my mom instead, the same rep tried to use jargon to overcomplicate things to convince me it was a good idea to pursue certain things. I simply do not trust them and I do not feel like I was respected as a client. I do not need to feel like a V.IP., but all clients should receive the bare minimum level of respect. The best part of their service was at the opening and closing of my case.

I would not recommend them at all. It’s been a year since my accident and not once have they called to let me know what was going on with the case. You call and leave several voicemails with no call back even leaving voicemail with the supervisor. The people in their “call center” are rude and no help they will transfer mid sentence won’t even let you explain what’s going on. I will never use them again! My dad has a case with them as well and he is having the same issue.

My sister has a case with them and has been calling her case manager for a year. Now that her case has been coming to a close, no one is answering, her case manager has disappeared from the face of the earth and no one is answering questions. Will definitely not recommend this place at all.

Had a accident a year ago and been waiting to get a settlement for my injury’s and been calling and calling to get ahold with someone regarding my case I understand it takes awhile for a case to settle but I didn’t get no updates following up my case I have to call and hopefully get someone on the phone. I was rear ended and the driver took ownership and said they were at fault I had got there information and insurance and took pictures I had to go to the doctor for my back because I was experiencing pain and couldn’t work. I had to go to physical therapy and later have surgery the following year. Today the doctor that did a MRI on my back called and told me that they have a received a letter saying that Jim Adler is no longer representing me anymore and ask me if I knew about it and I didn’t receive any notice at all! I’ve been waiting months and months trying to get updates and information regarding my case and they will tell me the same response “there working on it right now and tell me to get back in touch with them in a month” now I’m still here trying to hopefully get in touch with someone about the reasoning but I’m left again getting sent to everyone voicemails trying to get a update this is the worse experience I have had and will never use Jim Adler again

If I could give them -5 stars I would. They changed lawyers 3 times and took 3 years only to get a settlement that was an insult. I was hit by a semi truck and had back surgery. The truck driver and truck company owner were operating without a valid CDL. I was told they were not logging hours of drive time. They were negligent my lawyer told me, but my doctor would not testify that my back injury was caused by the accident. As a result, 2 days before we are supposed to go to trial, Tanner Foreman, one of Adler’s lawyers told me he accepted a settlement! I did not agree to this but he said I had no case. Because my injuries, were covered by Medicare and I had preexisting back surgery that could potentially affect the outcome of the case. I said what about my car? And my pain and suffering? He said we would lose without even trying the case! They don’t care about personal property or pain an suffering!!! The case was settled last July. I have called lawyer and emailed him for months with no response, i had to call and threaten to call State Bar of Texas to get them to send me a copy of the settlement, so my Medicare coverage could be reinstated. My Medicare still had the other persons company libel for the accident even though they did nothing. My husband had lost his trucking company himself during this time frame and we had to file for bankruptcy. Long story short, the low ball settlement paid for our Ch 7 debts after the fact, so we end up with poor credit and no money. Of course, lawyer got their cut of settlement and I got nothing but anger, pain and in debt.

Don't use this law firm, they will take on any case but will only work for the high profile cases! I made the mistake of using them on 2 of my cases and now I'm having to find new counsel to represent me on both cases which means I'm back at square 1.... no one hardly returned my phone calls or emails and when they did they would usually be short and say things in a way that I didn't understand what they were meaning. They tried to hand my case over to another lawyer before even asking me, they just emailed me saying that Felipe Link has agreed to take my case. Fortunately for me, i wouldve had to sign their contract before they were legally able to represent me so I wasn't bound to anything. And make sure you read your contract before signing because within it states that you will still owe them if you decide to terminate your contract with them, the only way out of it after you've signed is if they terminate the contract This lawfirm is a joke and doesn't deserve to be called the Texas hammer! **Update** After terminating the contract, I haven't been able to get any lawyer to take my case on at all. I don't know what Jim Adler and his team has done but every lawyer since then tells me I have a case until I tell them that I previously had Jim Adler representing me and the never call back so I'm going to the board about this. I'm not calling Jim Adler's associates to see if we can anything resolved, they should've resolved this back when they were still my lawyers. I'm going to do everything in my power to get this firm shut down because they are a 100% con artists that need to be barred from the practice! If I could give them -5 stars I would! DO NOT CALL JIM ADLER IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A LAWYER THAT IS GOING TO LEGITIMATELY FIGHT FOR YOU AND THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENT BECAUSE JIM ADLER ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY!! THE TEXAS HAMMER IS NOT A SUITABLE SLOGAN. THE TEXAS FRAUD FITS PERFECTLY!

I been calling for 3 months all I get is a voicemail, and no one has returned my calls…horrible
