Es recomiendo a Jim Adler por que el pudo encontrar ala persona que causo el accidente y corrio pense que tenia que usar motorista sin seguro mio pero el equipó de Jim Adler encontro al responsable y a su seguro gracias

After my car accident I called and they made the process very easy and after they received all the information they took care of everything. They kept me updated with how everything was going. I didn’t have to worry about anything and If I had any questions they would answer quickly and answer my questions.

I am so disappointed in my experience with Jim Adler and associates. I cannot get a response from anyone and my wreck was in November of 2021. It’s exhausting, stressful, and embarrassing that I put my trust in these people. When I do get a call back after days and days of me begging them to call back, I still do not get a thorough explanation of why the process is taking so long. I see that the firm responds to people that are not clients, to make a point, and I’m hopeful that this will get their attention. Margarita Garcia always acts as if it’s an inconvenience to her when I’m begging for an update about my case. Her supervisors won’t answer the phone and I’m just at a loss. I just want this to be over so that we can move on with our lives. It appears that after dealing with them I will have doctor bills that they can’t get taken care of. I’m just tired. I will never ever use Jim Adler and his team again or will I refer them to anyone. It’s been a nightmare and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. Please do not use them. You will regret it. This was my first time being in a wreck and seeking legal counsel. I’ll never take this route again. Edit: I was finally contacted my Robert Fitzpatrick immediately after making this review. He was very kind and I received good customer service, finally! It was a relief to speak with someone who actually seemed to care and provide me with an update on my case. Mr. Fitzpatrick said that he would call me in about 10 days with an update and I’m looking forward to that call. I’m a fair person and will give him and the firm an opportunity to correct their mistakes. I’ve moved my review from 1 to 2 stars and will continue to update it as I see follow through. Update: apparently Mr. Fitzpatrick no longer works at the firm. I haven’t heard from him in 2 months and after I was hung up on several times I was finally told that my new lawyer is Alexander Logan. The receptionist casually told me this information and there was no communication from the firm, nothing. This place is an absolute joke. I wish I could find another firm to sue them. They should be out of business.

I hired Jim Adler's firm on November 23rd and after talking with the initial investigator, I haven't spoken to no one. I'm leaving messages EVERY DAY and not a one has been returned. Elsy Duran is supposed to cage manager; she will NOT retutn a call. I left a message for Mr. Castille... no call back and even left a message for the attorney.... no call back! This is ridiculous and my chiropractor has put in a referral to a specialist over 10 days ago... that hasn't been responded to either. They should be embarrassed to even get one rating like this, but I see that I'm not the only one. Smh. **EDIT** A year later and NOTHING has changed. I've called Martha Chavez at least 7 times and she never returns a call. The last time I spoke with her was in November of last year; she gave me the options and I told her that I would settle and she told me that I should be hearing back from her within two weeks and it's about to be APRIL. Mind you, I hired Jim Adler's firm in November of 2021 and I'm still dealing with this!

I was in an accident about 7 months ago and I went straight to Jim Adler. My case is handled by Nettie and Taylor. They are amazing and have been so helpful. They have made this horrible accident easier to process.

Overall they did a good job. Esmeralda and Danielle were truly fantastic. Both provided great information in a timely manner and worked to make sure I understood the information they were providing me. The rest of the individuals who took my case were less personable. Communication was an issue even though I reached out multiple times via email and telephone. Clearly knowledgeable team however. I would probably recommend them if asked. Thanks for taking my case.
