My husband, and I got hit by an 18 wheeler on 6-24-21. My husband was hospitalized, so we called The Texas Hammer. We are currently in the process of closing our case, so far so good. I do understand ( what others have brought up) the issue about not being contacted as much as we'd like. (We mostly need to be reassured things are moving along) However, we know it's a process, and we are being taken care of. When we needed to contact them we'd always hear back, mostly through email. They have moved as quick as possible with our case. We are very happy with the outcome so far. Big thanks to Frank Robertson our attorney who went above and beyond. Also everyone else who helped us. Jim Adler is the Worse attorney I have ever used. I used him twice not knowing I had used him before on a an 18wheeler accident. My second case no way we should not have won.. I was sitting at a stop sign truck driver makes a left turn crushing the driver side of my car and injuried my shoulder. Some how after a year he dropped my case he stated something like it was enough money for him to make. Well Damn. I'm not worth it ..and he knew what he was doing..he works with the trucking companies against you to line his own pockets
