I am highly pleased with the professionalism that Jim Adler and Associates offered me and my families Auto Accident cases. Esmeralda Gavilanes was my case worked and she exceeded expectations she was very good at contacting me with case updates, required forms and docs that needed to be filed in a timely manner and her kind and lighthearted demeanor was beyond average. I will refer any family and friends to Jim Adler because they care about their customers.

This has been the worse experience of my life of course the accident I was involved in has hard enough I’ve yet to be informed about my case that was filed over an year ago Elsy Duran is no longer working with the company and I was not informed about this at all I’ve called so many times no one is ever in the Dallas office my new agent I’ve never herd from and I’ve called and called I can never get through to anyone but an answering machine the professionalism is at a zero I’m sure I’m not the only one who has tried to reach out and get information regarding the process of the case and have been stone walled I’m so ready for this to be over Jim Adler I’m sorry but I’ll never refer anyone to this organization it’s not personal but from a business pov this company needs serious work!!!!!!! COMMUNICATION GOES FAR!!!!!!
