My husband and I were in a pretty serious accident while I was pregnant with our daughter and had no idea where to begin on a lawyer or anything. We put all of our trust in Jim adler and the team. We were NOT disappointed. Everyone we came in contact met us with nothing but love, hard work, and kind words. It has truly been an amazing experience. Natalie(works in closing) has been absolutely amazing. Always on top of what needs to be done, always kind, responds quickly. And never ever made any of our questions feel like dumb ones. We are truly grateful we went this rough time. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to guide us through this.

Elizabeth was horrible not only is she the reason why I decide to stop the process of the claim with this law firm which I now have a diff attorney plz don’t go here as she won’t take care of u right she will act like ur a burden

Esmeralda Gavilanes she went above and beyond she was really nice and caring. She would call back in a good amount of time when she said she would call back. Esmeralda Gavilanes stayed on top of the case and she would tell me when she would be in the office and when she wouldn't be. I am very very happy with everything she did and her performance.

Raised on the commercial and I needed a strong arm of American justice. Unfortunately I’m getting recent illegals with a lack of decorum. Disappointed. Not surprised.
