First let me start with stating that my situation is unique. I was in 2 accidents within 12 hours of each other. I originally called their office to see if they would represent me in both cases and they declined to represent me for the 2nd accident. Now being a private investigator and having worked cases for attorneys in regards to some of this stuff I feel that that was their 1st mistake not taking both cases. Next I would like to point out that while their firm may take in a lot of clients each client is assigned a case manager and an attorney and you can communicate with them via email or text. That being said my complaint is as follows: with all the different ways to communicate and having my own case manager and attorney who while may yes be busy can still reach out reach out in a fair amount of time. The law boss took my other case and I heard from them twice as much as I did from Adler's office. On top of lack of communication they also decided to drop me and it's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my letter of release. I cannot speak as to their skills in the courtroom or dealing with the insurance companies however as a client I can say that I am thoroughly unhappy with the way they conduct business in communicating and dealing with their clients.

It might have taken a long time to get everything done, but they were very effective at what they did and kept us in the loop. I would use them again in the future, but I hope I don’t have too.

Josephine H. is one of the good ones. She's making this process a lot easier now. At first I had lost hope but she personally has made this a better experience.
