Esmeralda Gavilanes was my closing coordinator and she was wonderful!!! If I couldn't get a hold of her when I email or called, she would contact me as soon as she had received my Voice-mail or email. Usually within the same day. And that would always put me at ease. And she was always keeping me updated with my case. She is possibly the best employee in that office. And she is damn good at here job! Thank you for helping me with this case and God bless!

Esmeralda Gavilanes was very professional when contacting me about my case. Each time I called she was prompt to answer all of my questions, and took time out of her busy schedule to calm my nerves.
