My closing coordinator Esmeralda Gavilanes was a breeze to work with! I was very happy when it came to the end of my case and she was taking over. She was very responsive to everything I needed help with. I would email and call her multiple times(because I worry alone)and she would respond quickly and actually pick up her phone! She explained everything to me perfectly and was very caring to get everything done in a timely manner due to my pregnancy. I really appreciate her.
