Horrible experience. I had high hopes for this firm, as I had seen/heard their commercials for years. It took over 2 years for my case to be settled, and the settlement amount wasn't much more than the insurance offered me without representation. This firm lost my information several times, several people were fired throughout my case, and getting in touch with people was almost impossible. I left messages and sent emails that went unanswered for weeks. They initially tried to offer me a settlement in which the attorney made more than I netted from the case. If I could give 0 stars I would. Try another firm. Jim Adler & Associates did not meet my expectations at all.

I had just buried my mother and was at a red light. A truck ran right into me. He backed up and took off. I was so upset. But I knew who to call. I had used Jim Adler & Associates before and they took care of everything. This time I had a team of many helpful, patient and kind people working my case. Esmeralda Gavilanes helped me with finalizing the case. She was professional and understanding when she helped me with the last details of my case. they never take your call again once you hire them you'll never be updated on what's going on about anything they will block your number you will have to use something else phone to even get asecratary.my advice don't bother they won't bother w you once they get ur case.id give them minus 10 stars if the option was there
