It has been a pleasure having Jim Adler and Associates as my attorney representing me in my case. Esmeralda Gavilanes was truly helpful in keeping me informed with the status of my case and did not fail to communicate whenever I had question on what was going on. I am glad that Jim Adler did not hesitate to take my case after being rear-ended by an 18-wheeler. I reached out to another law office prior to contacting their office and that attorney's office said because they could not see enough physical damage to my vehicle, they would not be able to handle my case. The physical damage was more to my body than my car. Jim Adler got me a settlement that I was pleased with. Thank You Esmeralda for your due diligence and Thank you Jim Adler and Associates!

Worst customer service ever. Contacted office 3 days after an 18 wheeler totaled out my car, really hoping someone could help me out since I’ve never had to use a lawyer before. Was lost on what to do. They did not help one bit. Seems, If they can’t bring in big bucks off of your lawsuit because you weren’t injured enough, they don’t want have anything to do with you. I’m just trying to get my medical bills paid for, and I am out a vehicle since the 18 wheeler driver was negligent. Had several issues that popped up over the past few months while waiting for their responses, and communication with case manager has been absolutely pathetic in terms of business. Forget getting a phone call back! If I could speak to a manager of the Dallas firm, I would love to explain why I am so upset. Let’s see if thet care enough to reach out.
