I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received after a terrible accident in August of 2020. The greatest Blessing of the entire event was my Closing Coordinator, Esmeralda Gavilanes. When I first called the Adler Lawfirm I was appointed other legal assistants and received a lot of negative feedback. I was told I would be lucky to see anything in the way of money for the pain and suffering for the broken neck I received in the wreck. And then an Angel appeared in the form of Esmeralda. Never heard anything negative from her and she was able to reduce my medical bills fr over 80k dollars to 2450, and was able to get me the maximum amount money available on the other guys insurance. Excellent job, very professional and will definitely refer all family and friends to Esmeralda and the J Adler Law firm .

Not a satisfied customer. I was rear ended in September and my case is still open. I have medical bills headed towards collection and my representative Lisa Ruiz is not returning my phone calls. The insurance company of the party who was at fault reached out to me to send me pictures for my vehicle that my insurance company had to pay for because Jim Adler's representative was not responding to them either. What a total disappointment. Jim Adler may carry a big stick, but it's all talk if you get slow results. The only bright spot in that company is Kathleen Holmes, she's attentive, responsive and very friendly and caring. I pray I never have another accident, but if I do I definitely will not use Jim Adler & associates.
