Amazes me that they have so many good reviews, I’m certain it’s from incentives and not good honest work! Finding a good accident lawyer is difficult and I can assure you if you’re looking for good costumer service look else where.

I did my retainment thing last month. I only heard from my lawyer through mail once and her associate a few times in which I call. Now today I'm hearing because of police report and whatever the insurance do or say something like that- then they can release my claim. I been suffering, didn't even get my last 2 checks, and with all else going on I'm now hearing this is making me dizzy. A nightmare. I thought there was a private investigator. It's crazy to think the insurance would accept the brake fail or whatever mechanical failure happened and they would do right, and to even listened to the state trooper who came to ER blaming me assuming I was sleep then all of a sudden my fault because of PTI. Now it seems the company will be let off the hook, and everything will be on me. I turned down other lawyers. I hope not to get railroaded though. And to update. They didn't help with shit. The lawyers first time contacting me was to tell me they are releasing my case. No one investigated anything I said or if brakes failed. They do not care

Horrible I should have went with another attorney but I listened to a friend and it's the worst ...my accident was Aug 5, 2023 and still no one has called me back no nothing u can never get in contact with anyone...the lady that answers the phone works definitely from home cause you can hear dogs in the background.. she's rude ...it's horrible don't use them
