I have used them before for a car accident . They’re nice when you go in but overall worse experience. It doesn’t make sense how they make so much off your accident and they give you the bare minimum . I’m not impressed . Even my friend who had an accident and they paid out thousands they got a 3 thousand . How is that even ok? You never speak to the attorneys .

This is my first experience using an attorney and honestly probably my last. I have sent every document needed and done everything that I needed to do on my end . My case manager refuses to answer calls but responses to emails occasionally. My questions are never really answered and the lack of communication from attorney to my insurance is the lack there of. I have no idea what’s going on with my case at this point. Im extremely stressed out with this process and I shouldn’t feel like that. I will not be recommending this law firm to anyone. Very disappointed
