My accident was on a Friday I called Jim Adler on Saturday and the attorney to do my consultation was out of the office. He came in on Sunday just to do my consultation. I was then assigned to Kathleen Holmes and she was prompt to call after every appointment to catch up on details before the paperwork shuffled in. My experience so far has been fantastic and would recommend and reuse (hopefully don’t have too) again. They aren’t hesitant to use resources on you.

Esmeralda Gavilanes is a rock star! She put in so much effort to get my medical bills lowered and kept me in the loop the entire way while she negotiated with hospitals and docs office. I contacted Jim Adler & associates after an accident and I was told that they could take my case. They send me to therapies immediately. I later found out that the person at fault was actually not insured and I called to notify them and provided an official letter by the other insurance. I just received a letter that they actually can not take my case. I was upset when I confirmed that I am actually now responsible for paying those therapies. I wish they could have verify the other persons insurance before sending me to therapies. Now I have that Bill to worry about (More stress) I understand that they couldn’t take my case, but the real reason I am giving a one star is their LACK Of Communication. My case was assigned to ADRIANA RINES! I only spoke to her like twice and it was very brief. I called her so many times, I left voicemails, I wrote emails, and she never followed up. I called almost everyday for three weeks straight. I had so many questions and it gave me so much anxiety not hearing back. I spoke to other case managers , I spoke to the receptionist, and no one could ever assist me. The receptionist was also rude and no help.
