I don’t like to leave 1 star reviews but honestly the experience has not been good at all. I got in my car accident in May of 2020. Almost 18 months and my case is still ongoing. Nobody ever reaches out to you. The only time you can speak to them is if you call them and you have to pray that they answer because most likely they will not. I was so fed up I just told them to accept whatever offer was given just to expedite everything and still months later there is no word on anything. Like other reviewers have said they just don’t have the time to deal with these smaller cases so you are better off going to a smaller firm who will prioritize your case. God forbid I get into another motor vehicle accident but if I do I know who I won’t be hiring.

Kathleen Holmes has been great. She very resourceful, knowledgeable, and kind.

FYI If you think you're hiring the Hammer you're not you're literally hiring the Screwdriver !!! Wish I would have read these reviews before I hired him... 3 years later I'm $30,000 in debt over a unpaid medical bill that I was advised not to pay! Do yourself a favor and spend 10 minutes doing some research! SMDH 🪛 I would say how do you sleep at night, but that would be a dumb question because I know for $27,000 that'll get you a pretty damn good mattress!
