This is the worst law firm I broke my hand they sent me to all different doctors only learned I had appointments from the doctors never got a call from my attorney or anyone but once after I called for months then I when I did get a call it was to tell me that the person who hit me must have had Expired insurance cause they got a letter a week prior from the insurance company stating that I was never aware got a call that from the doctor saying they dropped my case I was never told that or advised what to do after after my kharisma Torres promised me if was expired she would at least help me in the right direction of course I never heard from her so basically I just got a broken hand for all my troubles no car no settlement no calls no help thanks Jim Adler you dropped the hammer And the nails on me

My review was not going to be good at first because I was assigned to a person that knew she was leaving the firm and she didn't really care about me or my outcome. So for a while maybe weeks I got a run around & yes I should have left the firm but had nothing left in me my life was turned upside down and still is but then Esmeralda Gavilanes took over & every time I called she answered. She may have not had the answer but she got back with me and she did what she said she would do. Now I didn't get to get the amount of money I felt like I should have but it's resolved thanks to Esmeralda Gavilanes. Thanks again

I'm not saying this to be nice, its the truth. I did not know what to expect. All I heard was," We'll take care of you!" I was truly suffering alone & I found it very hard to recuperate. At the end of two years the respect, support, and concern, made the bond between client and attorney strong. Hence the proof I was assured of from the beginning was solidified at the end.
