Poor communication throughout the process. I’m 8 months in with Jim Adler and they haven’t reached out once to me for anything, I’m the one reaching out to them monthly to get updates. Failed in organizing proper diagnostics and medical treatment for my injury. Refusal to reach out to my company’s auto insurance for under insured and personal injury insurance. Overall very poor experience in execution and client service

I havent heard from my attorney ever. I have spoken to a couple a legal assistant but haven't gotten an answer. They have had all the information they need since February.

It made me leave 1 star but If I could give them negative stars I would. Stay far away from this place. This is the most crooked lawyer I have ever seen. We were in an accident a couple years ago. We spoke to this attorneys office actually not even the attorney it was office staff. Within 24 hours I told them we changed our mind that we didn’t need and attorney. They never filed any kind of paperwork on our case. When we went to settle with State Farm they took 1/3 for nothing. I asked them if they could at least take less since they did absolutely nothing and they wouldn’t which left us with not enough money to pay all the medical bills . They didn’t care. So we were left with 20,000 worth of medical to pay. I have never in my life seen someone so crooked. Even the office staff was rude. It says on the website they care about their people. That’s a huge false claim . Stay as far away as you can from these people .

I do not recommend this Lawyer. I contacted this lawyer to represent me in a car accident, they never did anything for me when I cancelled my case, Jim Idler send me an email telling me that if in the future I get any money from my case I have to pay some percentage to him. This is absolute unacceptable without his representation he want money from my case, corrupt lawyer, not trustable.

Do not hire this attorney and his lazy assistants 2 weeks after we signed a contract with 50% of gain for him and then after that you have to communicate with phone service and leave messages which they never return any phone calls or emails the other insurance is trying to be cooperative with us and they are ready to move forward but we can’t move forward because of this Jim Adler attorneys horrible experience.

This firm did not take of me. I was hit by a city of Houston employee in a city vehicle. My car was never fixed and I was routed to other lawyers in this company neither of them would reach out and contact me. Be careful who you pick I was watching commercial and thought this firm would be excellent for my case but it was a waste of time .. be careful

When starting this process I was nervous it would take forever like others but with the help of Abraham Olide, Patricia Puentes, and Esmeralda Gavilanes they have made this whole process so easy and smooth, amazing communication and fast they made sure I had nothing to worry about. My experience with Jim Adler was a decent experience. I remember when the incident first occurred, I was able to get my car fixed right away it was Jim Adler and Associates number one priority. They provided me with a rental to get to work and get the medical attention that I needed. I have a chance to begin a new start in my life now that I has been treated and the case has is now behind me. I would recommend Jim Adler and Associates to someone that has gotten into a truck wreck. Getting into a truck wreck is not easy there can be a lot of obstacles while going through the process. Jim Adler has a professional staff. Jim Adler will get that truck wreck behind you, and Jim Adler will fight for you to get a fair deal. I feel great again and doing better now then ever.
