My case is still extremely fresh, but I did thr online quote and couple hours later I was signing thr paper work for them to be my lawyers. I can't get off the couch after my surgery but ready have someone rrbere to video chat, to cover my problem, work within my abilities and get everything done s[ quickly and smoothly. As a texas it's pretty powerful feeling to say I have the texas hammer fighting for me!

Don't waste your time if you don't have a million dollar lawsuit. You will get a bigger settlement by yourself. Don't be fooled by 5 star reviews, at one point In the process they ask you to leave a Google review. I refused because that's bs. Update- I can't reply to their reply but I do not leave 1 star reviews everywhere so they are also full of s***. Must not like an honest review on here.

I’m going to be 1000% honest in these reviews and tell you don’t do it! My name is Aurora Hill, currently my case is being worked case worker Megan m. And attorney Garret m.(who to be fair literally just took over my case; he has not had a chance to prove himself different) I currently have an open case with Jim adler and associates and it’s been going less than desirable. My accident happened on October 2020. An 18 wheeler rolled back on my vehicle in traffic. I was injured. I even had a witness who provided a telephone phone number, it happened at a major intersection where I’m certain video surveillance is accessible, the 18 wheeler insurance admitted fault and payed for my vehicle repairs along with my rental, they even offered a small settlement before they even knew the true extent of my injuries, I attended loads of medical visits cause I was injured pretty badly. This case should be open and close right? Wrong! They never call to give updates, they have switched me attorneys 3 times, they are taking 50%, they never respond to emails, I have never even spoken to my attorney! I just get the new names from the receptionist when I call. This case is open and shut, but they literally have done NOTHING! Do yourself a favor and find a small law firm, with a female attorney , that has good reviews. A lot of these big firms only have time for million dollar cases, and your case will just fall to the wayside.

Kathleen Hernandez is an exceptional case worker. She is very responsive and professional and really "cares" about her clients. i would highly recommend Jim Adler & Associates.
