I would like to personally thank Esmeralda Gavilanes in her quick and punctual responses to all of my concerns. Not only did she send emails, also she would call just to make sure that I understood everything that was presented before me. I probably would have been a train wreck, but she always reassured me that I was in good hands and she proved me right. Thank you so much for handling me and all of my emotions with respect and care. Hopefully I will not have to go through another accident, but if I did, hands down I would be calling Jim Alder & Associates .

Review Dated August 2021 I got the worse experience ever. Case manager (Jessica) never return clients calls even when you calling to report updates on your case. Was so disappointed especially when I got referred by someone I look up to with high esteem. It's sad and depressing when you can't get to your own case manager about your case and health. .

Best in the business and the staff is excellent. Dora was a helpful person and I would recommend them in the future to anyone I know!

Mr. Adler’s office was very responsive when I contacted them about my injury. Kathleen Hernandez is a gem for Mr. Adler. She has been very thorough, supportive and professional.

Let me start by saying we got rearended by an 18 wheeler tow truck with an 18 wheeler on tow ! Lucky to be alive ! Seriously injured and it will be for rest of my life. With no idea how to get help we called jim adler ! A representative drove 3 hrs to meet at house to get paperwork signed and ball rolling, gabriel he was super respectful and compasionate he took time to explain several times as we couldnt hardly think straight from the pain being so intense. It did take awhile due to covid shut down the next month but at this point im greatful for some help! Adler got us to the dr. No cost upfront and 6 figure settlements.Esmeralda Gavilanes Legal Assistant to Jim S. Adler was the most responsive and friendly person to deal with during the ordeal . She always called back or emailed answers to all questions ! She got my sons check to us in less than 3 days after agreed settlement . Thanks esmeralda gavilanes hope we dont have to do business again cause that would mean i got in another wreck but if it does happen i will request you again ! Take care stay blessed ! Big mike
