Armando worked my case and didn’t have complaints

No complaints Armando did a great job definitely recommend!

They will drop you like a hot potato if they can’t get high dollars for themselves. My daughter and my grandson used him. He’s not in it to help.

My daughter accident was handled by this office and they outsourced her case to another ATTY. While at his Dallas office they would not return calls, had us to get medical records twice and medical records 3 times. A law suit was filed and she got pennies while they got dollars. They didn’t want to go to trial, saying “Dallas juries don’t give money for accidents”. I would not recommend this office. Horrible service and don’t fight for their clients. This lady hit her and totaled her car and she was injured. The lesson learned no attorney. You can do a poor job alone.

The only reason I am giving a 5 star rating is not for the entire service but for an individual alone. I would recommend if you need an Attorney to do your homework on the process, etc... I could say some things and share my feelings of the matter but I will have dignity and say the five stars are for Gabriela Alvarez. She showed Sympathy, demonstrated Empathy, and was genuine about me as a Client since the moment she took over my case after the 4 other people handling my case including speaking with my Attorney twice. One of those times was because I was I very disappointed and demanded I speak with my Attorney to get a simple answer. That was twice in a 2 year time span I was able to talk to my Attorney to get an Answer any of the other three people could have asked to get the answer. If you are so upset that you call Houston where the home office is and get even more upset because that office treats you the same. I have been courteous leaving details out but for the amount any Attorney representing a Client is getting especially this, the treatment should be 10 times better. Yes I said 10! Great job and hank you so much Gabriela Alvarez! You remember we are people that are in pain physically, emotionally, financially, and sometimes Spiritually. You went above and beyond!

My attorney Garret Mize and his team were so patient with me, and answered any questions I had throughout the whole process! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends if they were ever in a situation like mine. They worked very hard on my case and handled everything so it took the stress off of me completely! A big thank you to Dora Rodriguez for always keeping me up to date through the whole process!

Natalie has been such a breath of fresh air!
