Esmeralda Gavilanes good quality professional

I’m am so glad that I chose Jim Adler The Texas Hammer to review my case. But HUGE thanks to Veronica Flores (my case manager) for being very responsive and quick with updates about my case. Any questions I had she answered them with no complaints and she was very knowledgeable about her job! From a scale of 1-10 if I was to recommend someone to them I would say a very strong 20!! They will FOR SURE make sure to give you the max amount of money that you rightfully deserve!! BIG THANKS VERONICA!!

I got in a serious car wreck in December of 2020 and was convinced by some family and friends to reach out to Jim Adler. I am definitely glad that I did because I would not have gotten the treatment that I desperately needed (at least not out of my own pocket) in a timely manner. My case manager, Ms. Kathleen Hernandez, is truly such a hard worker and has put in an immense amount of work to make sure I am well taken care of. With Ms. Hernandez's help, I have been able to get the physical therapy, car insurance of the person who hit me, and so many other things lined up that I would not have been able to do on my own. She has also checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure I am doing alright and to also see if I have any questions or updates about treatment in order to keep my case solid and thoroughly detailed. I would definitely recommend Jim Adler's office to anyone due to the high level of care that I have been extended throughout this entire process. Thank you guys so much!
