Jim Adler and associates were professional in helping me get my case settled also Esmeralda Gavilanes was very professional in finishing all the final details of my case

Everything when you sign up is great, awesome customer service when they get you to sign the contract then it completely changes, They want you to text them witch they don’t reply to or call back, they can’t answer a phone when you call their direct line, they can’t return a call when you leave multiple voicemails , they can’t do what they say they when they supposedly are contacting doctors for you. Don’t waste your time with them

A few months ago my fiancé and I were in a car accident, and we didn’t know what to do. I was stressed, hurt, and couldn’t think straight. We contacted Jim Adler and Assoc. and my case manager Kathleen brought a sense of calm back into our lives. She communicated extremely well with us, and she was available at all hours of the day. This was extremely help as we have a time zone difference. Kathleen held our hands throughout the entire process, and helped point me in the right direction with the different aspects of the accident. I, quite honestly, am forever appreciative and great full of all that she has done for my fiancé and I. I would absolutely recommend anyone to Jim Adler and Assoc. from my experiences with Kathleen.

Everyone, but especially Esmeralda Gavilanes, was polite, to the point and knowledgeable. She especially followed up when she said she would. The explanation she gave of the issues was very clear. Her demeanor gave me confidence that I had chosen the right firm to represent me.

This was a scary time after my car accident. I didn't know where to turn or how to start process. I made 1 call & was given a call back within 2 hours & about a week went by & I was given to Veronica Flores for processing my claim, i.e. pictures, bills & her just guiding me this terrifying process. Veronica & I have clicked since day 1 & she has put my mind at ease. She emails, calls & text me, keeping me update on my case. After my 2nd surgery she called very next day to see how I was. I absolutely appreciate how she is so caring, I don't know how she keeps us with us, but that little call or text asking how I'm doing goes such a long way.. Thank you. I'm going to miss her after we're done.
